I am Southern California girl through and through and love the outdoors. I am at home both in the mountains on a mountain bike or at the beach. I am a mom, a wife and and practice a simple and sustainable lifestyle.
Have you ever been to a point in your life where you know that change is coming but you have no idea how it’s going to happen? Daniel and I are at that crossroad and it is exciting, scary and fun. Our family has prayed about the direction that the Lord is leading us. Daniel continues to pastor Verdugo Hills Baptist Church as well as developing a Real Estate photography business. I had to retire from nursing due to a back injury and have studied permaculture for a couple of years now. We both have prayed about how God can use our gifts in a new work. We have known for some time that God is leading us to move north (Northern California) to start the new work. We are waiting for his leading and will be taking a permaculture certification course sometime this year. The ministry that God is leading us to is that of restoration

How does this relate to our ministry? First and foremost we are seeking to encourage those who have lost their faith to restore their relationship with their owner- the Lord Jesus Christ. For those who do not know Christ, we will lovingly and compassionately introduce them to their creator, owner, and savior. We will minister to families, helping restore broken relationships. We will be teaching permaculture principles with a Christian worldview to encourage stewardship of the earth. We will teach principles of restoring physical health through natural, God-given methods. We will offer respite for families in the ministry.
How will these lofty goals be met? Though the strength, wisdom, and provision of God. Please pray for us as we seek the Lord in his timing and direction.
